Overview
Prestigious Law Firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner, Chair and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Senior Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring efficient communication, and facilitating strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex schedules, prioritize appointments, and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Act as a primary liaison between executives and stakeholders, drafting and reviewing professional correspondence.
Organize and maintain confidential files, conduct research, and compile data for presentations. - Prepare agendas, attend select meetings, and provide draft minutes; handle logistics.
- Document and track the status of all management decisions and other actions/tasks, until completion.
Manage travel plans and accommodations for executives. - Track expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with personal scheduling and logistics.
- Manage one or two direct report administrative staff member(s) and work with other administrative staff to enhance efficiency and communication.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in report writing and analysis.

- Excellent writing, proofing, and communication skills.
- Availability to work outside of normal business hours as needed. (Nights and Weekends)
Benefits & Compensation:
- Salary range $80K – $90K, based on experience.
- Excellent benefits
- 40 hours a week, plus overtime as needed.
