Overview
Our client, a prestigious law firm, has an employment opportunity for a Litigation Attorney.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate should have minimum of 3 years’ experience and be a be admitted into the New York State Bar.
- Individuals should be highly organized self-starters with exceptional communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.
- Candidates will be representing clients in Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo and other surrounding areas.
- Candidates should also have knowledge of professional ethics principles and legal procedural rules.
- Individuals should possess the ability to conduct legal research, build relationships with clients and make decisions that are in the best interest of their client.
- Candidates must also be willing to cover hearings, phone conferences and depositions for other attorneys within the firm.
- Previous experience in litigation is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80K – $92K
